The union's purpose is:
- to centralize the demands of its members and ensure the defense of their rights and professional interests, and to improve their material and moral situation whether they are operators of transport vehicles (or passenger cars) with driver (VTC), employees, self-employed.
- To study and follow the evolution of all the problems of the members
-To establish links of solidarity between all members (employees, operators of transport or passenger cars with driver "VTC", self-employed, "capacitaires").
