La Pajara is a bicycle delivery cooperative within the Coopcycle federation. It was created in early 2018, following the movement and protests against Deliveroo. The project was developed in collaboration with Coopcycle and launched in October 2018, with La Pajara launching its first collaborative projects and acquiring clients. Today, two people work full-time and two others part-time.
